
Is Elite Helper Academy a recruitment agency?
No, we do not recruit or place domestic helpers. Our goal is to provide high-quality training to help you develop new skills in childcare, play-based learning, and early childhood development to enhance your role as a caregiver.
How can I join a workshop, course, or in-home training?
Workshops: Look out for upcoming sessions and booking details on our website.
Online Courses: You can enroll in self-paced courses and complete them at your own convenience.
In-Home Training: If your employer arranges private training, we will schedule it at a time that works best for you.
How do I pay for the training?
All courses and workshops are prepaid in full at the time of booking.
Workshops: Non-refundable, but if you give at least 48 hours’ notice, we will try to reschedule (subject to presenter discretion and venue policies).
Online Courses: Paid in advance and self-paced, so you can learn anytime.
In-Home Training: Your employer books and pays in full. Any schedule changes require 48 hours’ notice and are subject to availability.
Will children be present during the training?
No, our training sessions are for helpers only. However, if your employer is interested in play-based learning for their child, Elite Childcare Consulting offers private sessions for children. More details can be found here.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes! After completing a workshop, you will receive a Certificate of Attendance. For online courses, you will receive a Certificate of Completion and a transcript.
How will my employer know what I learned?
Elite Helper Academy will send a workshop outline and attendance confirmation to your employer so they can see what topics were covered in your training.
Can I take more than one workshop or course?
Yes! You can enroll in multiple workshops and courses to expand your skills and knowledge in child development, sensory play, arts & crafts, home safety, and more.
