Thank you Kim for teaching our Helper about newborn care when our first baby came home. Our Helper gained so much incredible knowledge and I felt comfortable leaving our baby in my Helpers care as a result. Kim also provided a refresher service when our second baby was due to be born. My husband and I both appreciated sitting in on that class learning about what our new life was going to look like with two small children and navigating all that goes with that.

We had an incredible experience with Kim as a newborn care specialist with our new baby through Elite Childcare Consulting. She was so knowledgeable, patient and respectful and we gained so much from her time with us as did our helper (who started only few months before our daughter arrived). After our maternity care was over we booked a series of at home sessions for our helper to continue her training and in depth learning into newborn care, development, play activities to support our baby's development, routines, sleep and feeding foundations and understanding babies needs during these first months. Our helper thrived under Kim's training and felt confident to care for our baby which made my return to work after maternity leave much easier.
We spent almost 2 years in Hong Kong and used Kim's services over the years to understand more about development stages, play and toy rotation and all the things that go on in the toddler stage. Even after our move to Singapore we keep in contact with Kim. Our helper once said that she loved her classes because Kim always was so kind and never treated her as a maid but as someone who was important in our child's life.

I booked an art and craft course via zoom in 2021. I was desperate for ideas, activities and supplies when my children couldn't attend school. Simply fantastic!. My helper and I learnt so much and we were able to set up lots of art experiences which the children loved and still love doing. This seriously saved our sanity.

I bought the Christmas mix for Sensory Play and it was wonderful. The children had such fun scooping and pouring, my favourite coffee moment activity. We are still using the Sensory base 7 months later.

Kim created a fantastic heart activity kit for my daughter who was obsessed by all things heart shaped. It was so comprehensive and included everything from book suggestions, really easy activities for me to create for and sometimes with my daughter, art activities and sensory play. I was really impressed that a simple thing like a heart could become the best activity kit for my daughter, she (and I) loved working through it. Who knew dried pasta and rice could be so thrilling. My daughter loves her Sensory kits. We bought the rainbow mix and it has been used for everything from in a tray scooping and refilling on repeat to food for 'her cafe' and 'feeding her baby dolls'. Great fun.

When our 3 year old broke his arm and couldn't go to school for a few weeks we asked Kim to create some activity kits for him based around his favourite things: dinosaurs and construction and anything else vehicle related. To say we were pleased is an understatement as the kits were amazing and Kim included information on how to use and change the set up to encourage play, we found these so useful. The sensory tray kits were a great hit and even my husband was on the ground playing with the dried pasta. The activity kit was vehicle based and included everything from books lists and how to extend play from those books, genius!!!, and colour-ins, sticker packs made especially for my son, vehicle spotting lists and so much more. We have bought more kits for gifts including a fabulous pink unicorn magical sensory kit for our god daughter.

Kim came to help us with going to school routines as we were having trouble with separation anxiety and tantrums about going to school and not wanting to be left. Kim helped us understand what was happening and made a plan to follow and showed us how to work with the child and the school. It took a few weeks but now the child is happy to go to school and has a nice day and I don't have to wait outside the classroom anymore.

I had a great time at this workshop. This was a very hands on class and we learnt how to garden with the children inside the apartment even when we don't have an outside space. The children (2 & 4) loved doing all the activities Kim gave us. Some activities are quick but others are long growing like the avocado seed that is now over 6 months old and still growing. I want to do more workshops as they are teaching me a lot of fun activities to do with the children.

I enjoyed the sensory play with the children. It was good to have the information about ways to use it with the children. It was easy to use and to keep clean and we used it all the time. It wasn't messy like I thought it would be.

The Sensory Tray Kit is so good. It comes with information on ways to use it and how to let the children play. We have a very colourful kit and the children love it. My employer bought two packets so there is enough for both children to use together. It has lasted for more than 3 months now.
