Is Elite Helper Academy a recruitment company?
No, we do not recruit or place domestic helpers. Our focus is on training and empowering helpers with play-based learning skills to enrich young children’s early experiences at home.
How do I book a workshop, course, or in-home training?
The booking process depends on which option you choose:
Workshops: Look out for updates on scheduled sessions and booking information on our website.
Online Courses: Available for self-paced learning. Simply enroll through our website.
In-Home Training: Contact us directly to arrange a tailored training session at your convenience.
How do I pay for the training sessions?
All payments are made in full at the time of booking.
Workshops: Prepaid, non-refundable, but we will try to reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice (subject to presenter discretion and venue policies).
Online Courses: Prepaid and self-paced, allowing helpers to learn at their own convenience.
In-Home Training: Paid in full at the time of booking. Changes require at least 48 hours' notice and are subject to consultant availability and discretion.
Do the classes include children?
No, workshops and training sessions are designed specifically for domestic helpers. However, Elite Childcare Consulting offers private play-based learning classes for young children. You can find more information here.
Will my Helper receive a certificate after completing the training?
Yes! Helpers will receive a Certificate of Attendance for workshops and a Certificate of Completion for online courses.
How will I know what my Helper learned in the workshop?
Elite Helper Academy will provide parents with a workshop outline and confirmation of attendance so you can stay informed about your Helper’s learning.
Can my Helper retake a course or workshop?
Yes! If they’d like to reinforce their learning or explore additional topics, they can re-enroll in workshops or take further courses.
